Hi! I’m Angel, and I’m glad you’re here.
Have you ever felt the need to bottle up your emotions? Do you wish you could express your thoughts and feelings in a space where you won't be judged?
My aim is to help you unpack your emotions in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Getting to know the many diverse parts of you
I believe that everyone is the expert on their own life, and sometimes we all need someone to really listen. My goal is to create a collaborative environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
We’ll focus on your wants and needs and work together to figure out your goal. Sessions will feel like relaxed conversations because we’ve built that solid rapport.
We'll explore your strengths, hardships, and relationships at a pace that suits you, using evidence-based techniques like CBT, mindfulness, and emotional check-ins to process difficult emotions.
