We are looking for licensed clinicians to join our team!
Chicago Center for Psychotherapy (CCP) is a small, tightly knit group that is queer woman owned and operated and we welcome candidates interested in joining our curious, collegial team.
Positions can be W-2 or 1099 based on license, experience, and terms.
We offer billing & credentialing services, CEU opportunities, clinical support & supervision, full benefits for full-time employees, and competitive compensation.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a licensed therapist with a solid foundation in relational psychotherapy who would be interested in specializing in one of the following areas:
Couples/Relationship Therapy
LGBTQIA+ clients, including but not limited to transgender & gender-questioning individuals, and queer and/or kinky/non‐monogamous couples and individuals.
Sex Therapy
Neurodivergence and Executive Functioning Issues
Candidates with training/experience in Imago Relationship Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dance Movement Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Hypnosis, or other supplemental approaches to traditional talk therapy are strongly encouraged to apply. Women, neurodivergent folk, BIPOC clinicians, and/or LGBTQIA+ identified clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Accepting Part‐time (10-12 weekly clinical hours) and Full‐time (20+ weekly clinical hours) applicants, but all candidates should be prepared to work at least one weekday evening (4-8pm) and one weekend day to start.
