Abigail Serafin, MSW, LSW
as the newest member of the CCP team! 🎉
Abigail joined CCP from Northwestern's Family Institute in February and has already made a significant impact. Her expertise includes specialized training in relationship therapy, a focus on working with queer/kinky/poly couples, and support for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples.
Abigail is currently pursuing her American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) Sexuality Educator Certification. Her practice concentrations include relationship therapy, sex therapy, anxiety disorders like OCD, Violence and Injury Prevention, and she is a trained facilitator of Prepare/Enrich Premarital Assessment and Imago Therapy. She also holds a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and is a trauma-informed, relationship-oriented somatic psychotherapist.
Abigail is now accepting new individual and relationship clients via teletherapy for Illinois residents and in-person sessions at CCP's Ravenswood office (1802 W Berteau Ave, Suite 210).
