Make a difference
Why give?
At CCP, our mission is to provide accessible mental health care to everyone who needs it, regardless of their financial situation.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal and to thrive. That's why we are reaching out to you, our community, for your support.
We are asking for donations to help us expand our sliding scale and pro bono offerings for marginalized individuals who may not be able to afford therapy otherwise.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, makes a huge difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Thank you for your support and generosity.
Giving FAQs
-
Your donation will be used to expand our sliding scale and pro bono offerings for uninsured, marginalized individuals who may not be able to afford therapy otherwise.
-
Yes, we offer the option to make a recurring weekly or monthly donation.
-
Unfortunately, most likely not. Like most private practices in the state of Illinois, CCP is currently classified as a PLLC. To be tax-deductible, donations generally must be made to a qualified tax-exempt organization, such as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
However, there are certain exceptions to this rule, including if the donation is made to a business that is engaging in a qualified charitable activity.
Our best recommendation is that you should consult with a tax professional to determine whether your donation might qualify as tax-deductible.

Our sliding scale and pro bono offerings are designed for individuals who are experiencing financial hardship and are unable to afford our standard fees. These may include, but are not limited to:
Low-income individuals and families
Unemployed individuals
Students
Seniors
Individuals with disabilities
Veterans
To qualify for our sliding scale or pro bono offerings, we may ask that you provide proof of income, such as a tax return or pay stub, so that we can determine your eligibility.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you are experiencing financial hardship and are in need of mental health care. We are here to support you.
