Jennifer Wolff, MA, LMFT

Psychotherapist

New beginnings start with giving yourself the time and space to reimagine your foundation and determine, with intention, what you want your life to look like. It is never to early or too late to embark on this journey.

I help individuals and couples who feel stuck and feel there is scarcity rather than abundance in their lives. By building on your strengths, internal resources, and resilience, I will help you look at what might be standing in the way of living the life you want and deserve and explore possibilities and productive solutions.

As a warm and compassionate person, I provide a judgement free, safe, and confidential space for our work. My framework is systems based. My belief is that, regardless of whether you are in individual or couples therapy, all issues are connected and interrelated. My approach is integrative, meaning I take parts of different theories and techniques as appropriate to help meet your individual goals. This allows me to specialize your care instead of using a "one size fits all" approach. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my work. CBT is problem-focused, goal-oriented, and practical.

I stay current with new research/developments. I am a life-long learner and am committed to clinical and professional excellence.
