How I’d describe myself: kind, curious, focused, compassionate, confident, committed
I majored in History and minored in Art History in college and initially wanted to work in a museum or library curating special exhibitions.
I volunteered at an animal shelter for five years
I adopted an orange tabby rescue cat. He is quirky and lives up to his name, King.
I have traveled extensively and love meeting people from different cultures.
I took classes in improvisational theater games to overcome social anxiety and build self-confidence through creative exploration.
When I was five years old, I was randomly chosen to play the Grand Prize Game live in the studio on The Bozo Show filmed in Chicago.
I love Ethiopian food.
I completed a century bike ride around Lake Tahoe and surrounding area in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
I am a lifelong learner and enjoy reading, mostly fiction (for pleasure) and any book, article, poems, essays that inspire me and help me become the best therapist I can be.
I find taking long walks near the lake calming and restorative.

Starting fresh means giving yourself the time and space to rethink your foundation and redefine your goals.
It’s never too early or too late to start this journey.
I’m here to help you uncover what’s holding you back from living the life you truly want and deserve.
Finding the Right Path Forward
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck and see scarcity where there could be abundance.
By focusing on your strengths and resilience, I’ll guide you in exploring what’s standing in the way and help you discover new possibilities and solutions.
I believe all issues are connected, so we’ll take a systems-based approach and use integrative techniques tailored to your goals.
Together, we’ll find a path that suits you.
